• Promote literacy through strategic alliances with local schools, businesses, churches, service organizations and charities
• Engage in community outreach to people who would benefit from the GED program
• Provide GED scholarships and incentives for GED students to complete the program
• Recruit and support volunteers and tutors
• Support the efforts literacy instructors
